REFORMER
Reformer Pilates at Rich Movement is strength-focused, controlled, and performance-driven. Classes emphasize resistance-based movement, stability, and precision to build power, alignment, and full-body control.

CADILLAC
Cadillac Pilates at Rich Movement explores strength through range, support, and suspension. Classes focus on mobility, coordination, and confidence, challenging the body through expanded ranges of motion and multi-planar movement.

ENVIRONMENT
